Privacy

Your data, treated with the same independence as your project.

We only collect what we need to run your project, and we never sell your data to suppliers or third parties. Last updated 2026.

Who we are

ONE OFFER NOW is an independent interior buying service operating in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK GDPR, ONE OFFER NOW is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@oneoffernow.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, address).
  • Project details you share with your designer (room type, brief, budget, measurements, photos, preferences).
  • Account information if you register for the client or supplier portal.
  • Basic technical information (device, browser, IP address) needed to keep the site secure.

How we use it

  • To design your project, prepare tender packs and run supplier comparisons on your behalf.
  • To communicate with you about your project and confirm appointments.
  • To share the minimum project information suppliers need in order to prepare a quotation.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share project information only with the suppliers you have agreed we can invite to tender, and with the service providers we rely on to run our platform (hosting, email, authentication and analytics). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and project records are kept for up to seven years after your last project activity, so we can honour warranties, tax obligations and post-project support. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@oneoffernow.com and we’ll respond within one month.

Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly required to run the site (session, authentication and security). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
