A simple agreement, matching a simple fee.

ONE OFFER NOW is an independent design and buying service. We are not a retailer, manufacturer or installer. We design your space, invite qualified suppliers to tender and present you with a clear comparison. You always contract directly with the supplier you choose.

The initial consultation is free and no-obligation. If you decide to proceed, we agree the brief in writing and produce an independent design for your space. You approve the design before we approach any suppliers.

We invite suppliers from our qualified network to prepare proposals against your design. We present those proposals in a single, structured comparison. Which supplier you choose — if any — is entirely your decision. If none of the proposals are right for you, you are free to walk away and owe us nothing.

We charge a single fixed success fee of five percent (5%) of the value of the supplier order you choose to place. The fee is invoiced once the order is placed with your chosen supplier and is payable within 14 days. We take no commission, referral fee or other payment from suppliers.

Any contract for the supply, delivery and installation of goods is between you and the supplier you choose. ONE OFFER NOW is not a party to that contract and does not take title to any goods.

We take great care with our advice, designs and comparisons but our overall liability for any claim arising from our service is capped at the total success fees actually paid by you in respect of the project in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
