Buyer Rules.

These rules apply to anyone making an offer or purchase on ONEOFFERNOW.

One offer per listing

Each buyer may submit one offer per listing. There is no bidding, counter-offers or negotiation.

Binding offers

If your offer meets or exceeds the seller's private reserve, the sale is created automatically and you must complete payment within the checkout window.

Payment

You must pay using a valid card. Funds are held until you confirm delivery or the protection window expires.

Delivery confirmation

You agree to confirm delivery promptly once an item arrives. Failure to respond after a reasonable period results in automatic release.

Prohibited behaviour

• Submitting fake or coordinated offers.
• Using multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• Off-platform payments or contact attempts.
• Chargeback abuse.

Enforcement

Breaches may result in cancellation, account freeze, refund refusal or permanent ban.
