Refund Policy.

Funds are protected until delivery is confirmed. Refunds are issued in the following situations.

Seller does not ship

If a seller does not upload tracking within 48 hours of sale, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically.

Item not received

If tracking shows non-delivery or the buyer reports the item never arrived, the order enters dispute review and may be refunded.

Item significantly not as described

If the item received differs materially from the listing, the buyer may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery and request a refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

What is not refundable

  • Buyer's remorse.
  • Disputes opened after the protection window closes.
  • Damage caused after delivery.

Open a dispute from your order page. Both parties may submit evidence. ONEOFFERNOW reviews and makes a final decision.
