Seller Rules.

These rules apply to anyone listing items for sale on ONEOFFERNOW.

Ownership

You must own and have the right to sell every item you list. Counterfeit, stolen or restricted goods are prohibited.

Accurate listings

Title, condition, photos and description must reflect the actual item. At least one real photo is required.

48-hour shipping

Once a sale is confirmed you have 48 hours to dispatch and upload tracking. Orders not shipped in time are refunded automatically.

Tracking

All shipped items must include a valid tracking number. Delivery without tracking is not protected.

Payouts

Payouts release once delivery is confirmed or the protection window ends without dispute. Payouts use Stripe Connect Express.

Fees

Sellers pay 5% on the sale price (£0.50 minimum). Stripe processing fees may apply.

Prohibited behaviour

• Misrepresenting items.
• Duplicate or spam listings.
• Off-platform payments.
• Refusing or delaying valid refunds.

Enforcement

Breaches may result in listing removal, payout holds, account freeze or permanent ban.
